Sample Pack License Agreement

Rarely Getting Sleep Club

By purchasing or downloading any sample pack from Rarely Getting Sleep Club, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership

All sounds, samples, presets, and content included in this product are the exclusive property of Rarely Getting Sleep Club and/or its creators. Purchasing this product does not transfer ownership of any content.

2. License Grant

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the sounds in your own musical compositions, including commercial releases.

You may:

• Use the sounds in beats, songs, and other musical works
• Release music commercially (streaming, sales, distribution platforms)
• Use sounds in personal or professional projects

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or upload the samples in any form
• Repackage or bundle the samples into your own sample packs or libraries
• Claim ownership or authorship of the original samples
• Upload samples to any platform as standalone content (including sample marketplaces)

4. No Standalone Use

Samples must be used within a musical composition. You may not distribute the raw, unaltered samples as standalone audio files.

5. Liability

Rarely Getting Sleep Club is not responsible for any third-party misuse, unauthorized distribution, or infringement resulting from improper use of this product.

6. Agreement

By purchasing or downloading this product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
